We embarked on a journey to repurpose an aging structure into a stylish, trendy dining space. The project began with a complete gutting of the interior space, creating a fresh canvas for our team to sculpt the client’s desired vision. New roofing and interior finishes were added, ensuring a sleek, modern aesthetic.
Key features of the project included a concrete masonry unit addition with a flat roof for new walk-ins, marking a shift towards more efficient restaurant operations. Moreover, brand new electrical, fire protection and installation of state-of-the-art kitchen equipment helped enhance the business and was an integral component of the project’s success.

Mochinut
A recent triumph of ours includes the grand opening of Mochinut, a new and exciting restaurant in Central Florida. This project showcases our ability to transform concepts into inviting spaces where guests can savor both the ambiance and the treats. The clients praised how our team was able to collaborate with all the contractors. They were also pleased with the responsiveness of the Poli Construction team. We began construction in April and had the project ready for electrical inspections by June. The grand opening of Mochinut served as a shining example of our dedication to crafting excellent spaces for our clients.
Lime Fresh
Poli Construction was proud to unveil the Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, which fuses contemporary design with authentic flavors. The construction journey was enhanced by our meticulous execution, being able to gain approval for employee training in early September while unveiling the space to patrons later that month. We were thrilled to invite family and friends to the soft opening on October 6th and 7th. The grand opening came October 9th marking the result of precise planning and dedication from the Poli Constriction team. This project was a build-out of Lime Fresh’s second location at Disney Flamingo Crossing in Orlando, which commenced in January.
CAPA Four Seasons
In early March of this year, Poli Construction began working on the CAPA at Four Seasons Project. The first phase required demolishing the cooking line, widening the kitchen area, and making it ready for patrons within three weeks. During the bidding process, we stood out because of our guarantee to complete the project within that condensed time frame. Other companies were projecting six to eight weeks for completion.
As a testament to our commitment, we were able to deliver phase one ahead of schedule. This led to an early head start on phase two of the construction project, which involved replacing floors, renovating the private dining areas, putting in a new ceiling and wall art, as well as new furniture. Our team took on this task with the hope it would serve as another example of our dedication to our clients.
Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs
Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs is currently under construction. Our team at Poli Construction is transforming the interior and exterior spaces with major renovations. We are happy to announce that this project is scheduled to be completed by mid-November. We hope it provides a welcoming and exciting environment for visitors. Margaritaville at Universal Boardwalk
Margaritaville on Universal Boardwalk underwent a spectacular transformation. Poli Construction enhanced the interior space by completely renovating it with fresh upgrades promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Our team performed all-new millwork, refreshed seating and upholstery, reimagined the ceiling, upgraded flooring, optimized lighting, enhanced the sound system, introduced thematic painting, and installed new artwork.
