Poli Construction performed a complete remodel of the employee café and breakroom areas on two floors to modernize the spaces. The project required three phases with separate logistic plans so that employees could continue work uninterrupted. Existing finishes needed to be protected and dust protection — including negative air — had to be implemented in order to minimize the spread of construction dust. Work included new security corridors, floors and wall coverings as well as plumbing modifications, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical adjustments.
