Kia Training Center

The KIA Orlando Tenant Improvement project involved the comprehensive build-out and renovation of approximately 13,569 square feet of existing commercial space. The project transformed the interior environment to support the operational needs of the tenant through strategic demolition, architectural modifications, new building systems, and upgraded finishes. Work included interior construction, custom millwork, mechanical and electrical improvements, plumbing upgrades, fire protection modifications, and complete project coordination from permitting through final turnover.
