Four Season CAPA

In early March of this year Poli Construction Inc. was selected for the GC on the CAPA at Four Seasons Project. The first phase of the project was to demolish the cooking line; widen the kitchen area and have ready for customers in the three weeks. The second phase of the project is to replace flooring, renovate the (2) private dining areas, install new ceiling and wall art pieces, and all new furniture. Out of all the GC’s bidding the project, Poli was the only one who stated the work could get done in three weeks. All others stated it would take 6 to 8 weeks to accomplish the amount of work they wanted done in phase I.

Poli Construction Inc. not only completed the work in Phase 1 and turned it over 1 day ahead of schedule, but they were also able to Renovate the (2) dining rooms, complete the flooring replacement at the elevated booth seating areas, install the new ceiling mounted art pieces, and complete some of the lighting replacement. Not to mention no architectural or MEP punch list items for any of this work! This is the Poli Way, and we continue to set the standards for what owners’ should expect on their projects!
