The project included the demolition and renovation of existing first-floor shell space to create new classrooms and support storage areas. The work also involved leveling the existing sloped slab, infilling an existing exit, and installing a new egress door connected to the existing stairwell.

• Completed selective demolition and conversion of shell space into classrooms and storage rooms.
• Leveled the existing floor slab and modified building egress by infilling an existing exit and adding a new stairwell access door.
• Installed new structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and life-safety systems to support the renovated space.
